Below are sample slides from a PowerPoint presentation I put together and presented during a regional development team review.  The project in question was in state of failure prior to my getting involved, and was a critical piece for meeting corporate customer requirements for continuing and expanded the business relationship.  I stepped in with my newly formed team and drove the project design and pushed the development to completion.  The full presentation gives a functional & technical review of the project, also referencing what had gone wrong and what changes in design & approach we would be implementing going forward.
